So whats the score with the Circuit Training then?

There's been moans apparently about people wanting a return to traditional circuits - which has happened - but still only the dedicated few turn up. Sad

I for one was quite happy the way circuits was going and am not entirely sure what "traditional circuits" is supposed to mean anyway. I thought this meant that Ian Curfey was going to be back shouting at us - "don't just lie there do press-ups" like in the olden days, but apparently not. Wink

Anybody else got any thoughts on this?

Malcolm,
I didnt think it was a good idea to go back to traditional circuits; and indeed that is the reason that I have stopped coming this year. I personally always liked the circuits for the 'crack' and would never consider that turbo training a garage would be much fun.
regards
Andrew

Andrew and others

It seems that the circuits have been changed without consulation or the wishes of those that actually turn up to circuits - IMHO. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Last weeks circuits was great with some music and a bit of motivation with Sherri being back, and I for one enjoyed it much more even though it was much harder than previous weeks.

I find it hard to understand why "people" forced this change but still don't turn up and sweat it out with us non-traditional circuit folk.

I've been a member of Deeside Thistle for over 11 years now and have been to circuit training for the majority of those years. And I'll put it on record that I am not at all happy about these changes being made.

Last year's circuits was brilliant, a good change both mentally and physically to the usual bike training, which strangely enough is what I thought off-season circuit training was supposed to be about.

Andrew you should try come back to circuits and help support the hardy few.
