Hello

Does anyone know what the course is like? Hilly? Flat? etc etc.

I was supposed to be doing this with my dad, but now he's not able, is there anyone looking for a 'pacer'?

The course is 14 miles. An uphill start for about 300 metres with rolling hills and flat for the next 6 miles and then half a mile uphill to the rather awkward turn. Head-down and back ya come! Shocked

Surely someone will come forward for half an hours punishment! Razz

Any idea when this is? Subject to dates, I could pace for Ken (although I might be a bit slow for him!!!!!) Embarassed
