All
So far i have only got about 5 entries for the latest event, if you do want this one to go ahead on thur better let me know, it seems that entries are getting later and later, not that it bothers me if the races are run or not as i don't get to ride them or even go training that day.

the course is on the web site

It looks like i will have to cancel the Event No 4 due to lack of entries, I only have 13 so far and i require 6 helpers,

While i don't mind missing out on the racing and training it seem that when the fields are just double the helpers then its not worth it!

Maybe for next year if I decide to run these events you can let me know what you want to ride>?! for me i prefer hilly twisty roads, but from what i saw at the weekend the preferance is perhaps for flat main roads?

Ali, personally I love these events. Much more fun than a flat out & back TT. I'm really sorry that you haven't had more entries, but don't give up! We'll do all that we can to get more entries for the next event.

Feel sorry for Ali who has tried to do something different.
Initial novelty seems to have worn off.
What I can't understand is the lack of entries for open events from this club's members. A mere handful support local open events and this is the biggest club in Scotland / Britain.
Soul destroying for an organiser who might decide enough is enough.
The only way to improve is to test yourself over testing courses and against
riders outwith the evening league.
Go on give Ali an email. He might change his mind
