Doug has informed me there will be no session this Saturday as he's having a rest. I'll be doing about 50 miles at an average of 13mph. If you fancy joining me post a reply on this forum.

I havent decided where I'm going yet. Will look at the map tonight and decide. If you have any preferences let me know.
I can see we both live in old aberdeen which would make it easy to meet up. If you email doug or sandy he can email you my email address and then we can swap numbers. I dont want to post mine on this forum incase I get spam. Dougs email is on the runs pages and is encrypeted so he doesnt get spam.
If I dont hear from you I'll post where I'm going and departing from on this page tonight and then you can decide whether you want to go or not.

Saturday 3rd October
Adventure Tours does the Cairn on Saturday 03 October. There will be two groups. The first group, lead by Doug Haig, leaves Leggart Terrace at 8.07am. It heads out to Banchory and over the Cairn o'Mount to the Caltterin' Brig for a coffee stop. Then home via Rickarton and the Slug to Woodlands and Lairhillock to Leggart. Due to Doug being very unfit and really overweight he'll decide who rides in his group. He makes it very clear that under no circumstances do riders enter this ride only to do part of it. Groups end up too big at the start

The second group is led by Linda Reid. It leaves Leggart Terrace at approximately 8.29am and will head up the Blue Hill as opposed to the earlier run which went out to Banchory. Via Lairhillock, Woodlands and the Garrol it crosses the Cairn to the cafe stop. Then via Rickarton, Slug and Lairhillock it returns to Leggart Terrace

These are organised outings and riders MUST ENTER. Contact Doug
